Service Description

Whats Included: 1 Hour Professional Life Coaching Initial Session 1 Hour Professional Life Coaching Midway Checkpoint Session 1 Hour Professional Life Coach Closing Session What to Expect: You will partner with a professional coach during the duration of your rehabilitation with Houston Therapy Specialists. A coach will partner with you for one hour in an initial session to set clear goals and develop an action plan towards accomplishing those goals. Midway through your therapy at Houston Therapy Specialists you will have another coaching session to check in and continue to work on any blockers that are hindering you from success. We will work through stressors, limiting beliefs or assumptions that might be holding you back. In our final session we will tie everything together and look into next steps in your journey to continue your success.
