Prior to founding Brian Tait International and the nonprofit organization, Professional Coaches Alliance, Brian spent 12 years as the Chief Executive Officer for a full-service design firm in Houston, TX. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business from The University of Houston-Clear Lake and holds numerous certifications in professional coaching from The International Coach Federation and iPEC. He is a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC-CPC), an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC). Additionally, Brian is a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Recertification Provider, an HR Certification Institute (HCRI) Provider, and an International Coach Federation (ICF) CCE Provider.
